Since 2019

It started in a garage

One roaster, one neighborhood, and a stubborn idea that good coffee should not require a lecture.

We opened because every good cup in this city came with a sermon about terroir. We wanted a place where you could get a genuinely excellent cortado, sit for two hours, and never once be asked about your extraction ratio.

How we got here

Six years, three roasters, one very patient landlord.

2019

A one-pound sample roaster

Bought used off a listing in Tulsa. We roasted in the garage on Saturdays and sold bags to neighbors out of a cooler.

2021

The farmers market stall

Sold out by 9am four weekends running. That was the first sign this might be a real business and not an expensive hobby.

2023

Douglas Ave opens

Eighteen hundred square feet, a 15-kilo drum in the window, and the same cooler behind the counter for luck.

2026

Still here at 6:30am

Same roaster. Same neighborhood. The morning buns still come out at 5:40 and are still gone by ten.

Come see it

The roaster runs Tuesdays.

Pull up a stool at the window bar and watch a batch come off. Ask anything you want.
