316 Web Works LLC (“316 Web Works,” “we”) builds websites for small businesses in Wichita, Kansas. This page explains what information we collect through 316webworks.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Short version: we only collect what you send us, we use it to reply and do the work, and we never sell it.
We don’t sell, rent or trade your information, and we don’t add you to marketing lists without asking.
Our site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics in the future (for example, to count visits), we’ll update this page first.
We rely on a few trusted companies to run our business. They only get what they need to do their job, and they follow their own privacy policies:
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.
We keep form messages and project records for as long as we’re working together and up to 3 years after, mainly for taxes and support. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we have about you. Email 316webworks@316webworks.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. Some records (like payment records) may need to be kept for legal reasons.
Our site runs on HTTPS, and we limit access to your information to the people who need it to do the work. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.
Our services are for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
This policy covers 316webworks.com. Websites we build for clients are run by those businesses, and their own privacy policies apply.
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the effective date above.
