Services

Built by people who own the crane.

We self-perform the concrete and the steel. That means when the schedule matters, we're not waiting in line behind someone else's job.

What we do

Four ways we build

Hover any card for scope and what's included.

01

Design–Build

One contract from napkin to keys. We carry the design risk so you're not refereeing between architect and builder.

  • Concept + budget in 3 weeks
  • Single point of accountability
  • Guaranteed max price
02

General Contracting

You bring the drawings, we run the job. Sub buyout, schedule, safety, closeout.

  • Competitive hard bid
  • Weekly owner reporting
  • Self-perform concrete + steel
03

Steel Erection

Our own iron crews and equipment. Most of Wichita subs this out — we don't.

  • Structural + miscellaneous steel
  • AISC-certified welders
  • Crane and rigging in house
04

Pre-Construction

Before you own the dirt. Site feasibility, budget modeling, and a schedule you can finance against.

  • Site + utility due diligence
  • Cost per square foot modeling
  • Permitting strategy

How a job runs

Five phases, no surprises

Phase 01 · Weeks 1–3

We price it honestly.

A real number built from real subcontractor quotes, not a square-foot guess. If the budget doesn't work we tell you before you spend money on drawings.

Phase 02 · Weeks 4–10

Drawings and permits.

We drive the design team and the city. You get a weekly one-page update, not a phone call three months later explaining a delay.

Phase 03 · Site work

Dirt moves.

Clearing, grade, utilities, footings. This is where schedules are won or lost, so it's the phase we staff heaviest.

Phase 04 · Vertical

Steel goes up.

Our own crews, our own crane. No waiting on an erector's calendar, which is the single most common reason jobs in this market slip.

Phase 05 · Closeout

We finish clean.

Punch list done before you ask. Warranties, O&M manuals, as-builts handed over in one binder. We come back at eleven months to check the building.

Tell us the site and the square footage. We come back with a real number, not a range.
